Do the Gift Boxes include Delivery?

Gift Boxes do not include delivery on The Boutique Box Company website.  Please refer to Shipping details for all charges.

If an item is damaged during transit what will occur?

The Boutique Box Company does the utmost to prevent breakages in transit by safely wrapping glass items in bubble wrap where possible and ensuring goods are safely packaged. In the unfortunate event that an item has been damaged through the delivery process, please call The Boutique Box Company to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.
