Delivery Terms

The Boutique Box Company delivers Australia wide.

Deliveries are only made Monday-Friday from 8am to 5:00pm.

The Boutique Box Company is not responsible for gift delivery, we hire reputable courier companies to make our deliveries.  Whilst every effort is made to deliver your gift box on your preferred day, due to circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible.  We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Christmas Deliveries: Christmas is a very busy period.  Please allow 3-4 days for delivery of our orders.  We are handling a large number of orders at this time so early ordering and patience is appreciated.  If you are placing a Christmas order, please check that your recipient has not already closed for the Christmas season.  We do advise early ordering and delivering as some business’es close 1 week before Christmas.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform “TBBC” if a gift box does not arrive.  If this occurs we will contact the courier company, lodge an enquiry and have your gift box delivered as soon as possible.
